The mission of the Church Office is to improve communication within
the church organization; to make everyone aware of church administrative
processes and policies; to make the work of the Church Office more efficient and
effective by taking full advantage of available resources; and to help build healthy,
better managed, and cohesive ministries.
The Church Office is called to serve the discipleship in the same manner as
the ministerial staff. However, it is important that the Administrative Staff be
given the proper consideration in regard to requests for letters, copying,
mailings, special programs, etc. The Administrative Office Guidelines and
Procedure Manual is available to all ministries and disciples of Mt. Olivet to
answer frequently asked questions and to serve as a guideline on working with the
Church Office.
